  Temporary Staff Recruitment Hourly Service Fees

  No hidden costs - all inclusive hourly service fee

  Our service fee to you is exactly that - it includes all statutory costs, payroll tax,
  workers' compensation, superannuation, annual leave, public holidays and sick pay
  provisions.

  Temporary Staff - Hours, Overtime and Allowances Information

  At Works 4 You, we take pride in our ability to find competent staff from a large

  temporary staff to ensure your level of satisfaction are the highest possible.

  All inclusive hourly service fee

  • Our charge to you is exactly that - it includes all statutory costs, payroll tax workers' compensation, superannuation, annual leave, public holidays and sick pay provisions.

  Minimum 4 hour charge

     No additional charge for short assignments

  Ordinary hours

     Calculated on a 38 hour week.

  Overtime hours

  Hours worked by the temporary staff after 38 per week, an 8 hour day or after    6.00 pm are overtime.

  Time and one half is charged for the first 2 hours and double time thereafter for    overtime.

  Meal allowance

  A meal allowance is paid to the temporary staff and charged to you if the   temporary staff member works past 6.00 pm and again after 10.00 pm in any
  one day.

  Temporary to Permanent Staff

  If a Works 4 You temporary accepts permanent employment with you while    being contracted to you or at any time after the contract ends, our standard    placement fee will be charged. The amount of this fee is detailed in the    permanent recruitment terms of business.

  The placement fee for a long-term temporary will be reduced by 10% for each    month of continuous service with you (for a maximum of 5 months).

  bullet A placement guarantee will not apply on any temporary-to-permanent    placements.

  Temporary Recruitment Terms and Conditions

  Payment terms

  All invoices issued by Works 4 You are strictly payable within 7 days of receipt.
  Your prompt payment is necessary, as invoices relate to the cost of temporary
  wages already incurred by Works 4 You .

  Should a Works 4 You temporary accept a permanent position with your
  organisation, subsidiary, etc, a permanent placement service fee will be applied. A
  discount of 10% will be applied to this service fee for each month of continuous
  employment our temporary has worked.

  GST

  In these Terms, GST means any goods and services or value added tax or any tax
  or charge of a like nature levied or imposed in relation to a supply (or deemed
  supply) of any goods, property, service or any other thing.

  GST Amount is the amount calculated by multiplying the consideration provided (or
  deemed to be provided) for the relevant supply by the rate at which that GST is
  levied or imposed.


  Your responsibilities

  • From the date of commencement with you of the Works 4 You temporary staff, such temporary staff are under your direction and control. Therefore, you are responsible for all acts, errors and omissions whether wilful, negligent or otherwise of such temporary staff as if such staff were in your permanent employ.

  • You must sign the temporary staff timesheets to ensure that Works 4 You    record of the hours worked by the temporary staff are confirmed by you as    accurate.

  • Works 4 You does not accept any liability for any loss, expense or damage arising from any act, omission or negligence of any temporary staff and you release Works 4 You from all liability for any loss, expense or damage of any kind arising out or of or in connection with, directly or indirectly, any act, omission or negligence of any Works 4 You temporary staff.

  • You must ensure a safe working environment relating to the health, safety and welfare of all temporary staff working with you and comply at all time with all Commonwealth and State legislation relating to employees including, without limitation, legislation dealing with anti-discrimination and sexual harassment.

  • You indemnify and will keep indemnified Works 4 You from and against all damages, losses, expenses, claims or actions incurred by Works 4 You or for which it or its employees, agents or sub-contractors may become liable for failure by you to comply with your obligations under any relevant Commonwealth and State legislation relating to employees.

  Cancellation

  If you do not comply with any of these Terms, Works 4 You reserves the right to,
  among other things, cancel the arrangement with you and without notice to you
  withdraw any Works 4 You temporary we may have placed with you.

  • "Works 4 You" means Works 4 You Pty Limited, ACN 134 033 033 and any subsidiaries or related entities, and the Works 4 You Trust and where relevant, its employees, agents and contractors.

  • "you" or "your" means the person or entity to which Works 4 You has written accepting an assignment to recruit permanent staff.

  • "Terms" means these terms of business and where relevant, the permanent recruitment terms of business and any variations made to these Terms by Works 4 You .

  • Any variation may be made to these Terms by Works 4 You and such variation is binding upon you once you receive notice of such variation.

  • Works 4 You does not purport to exclude, restrict or modify any non excludable right you may have under the Trade Practices Act or any state law.

  • Any provision of or application of any provision of these Terms which is void, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction does not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction or of the remaining provisions in that or any other jurisdiction.
