Learning Objectives:
1. MYOB Full Function Training
- MYOB Student version software
- All training material & exercises will be provided
MYOB Learning Objectives:
- Start, navigate around and exit from MYOB
- Use MYOB’s help system to obtain assistance
- Create a new company file
- Modify a chart of accounts to suit specific business needs
- Enter account opening balances into a new company file
- Enter historical balances for customers and suppliers
- Enter customer and supplier details
- Setup inventory for a new company file
- Make purchases that have been made from suppliers
- Make sales to customers
- Deal with more complex invoicing matters
- Record customer payments
- Work with inventory on a day-to-day basis
- Write cheques to make payments
- Perform a bank reconciliation
- Produce a variety of business related financial reports
- Understand how MYOB is used to track GST

- Using XERO Bank Feeds
- Deal with more complex invoicing matters & Quotes
- Record customer payments, full & partial
- Write cheques to make payments

- Understand how XERO is used to track GST
3. SAP End User Training
- SAP Training manual

SAP Learning Objectives:
- Posting General Ledger Transactions
- Entering customer & supplier invoices
- Entering purchase orders
- Entering manual, partial & residual payments
- Entering fast entry transactions
- Resetting & Reversing documents
- Entering credits memo’s
- Using the parking function
- Down payments on Fixed Assets
- Understand how SAP is used to track GST
- Produce a variety of financial reports
- Using SAP to report BAS GST
JOB SUPPORT
- Local work experience (voluntary up to 6 months)
- Job search techniques (include Resume preparation guidance, selection criteria analysis, interview critique, reference checking, and interview role playing)
- On-the-job training in options included office admin, payroll, invoicing, report preparation, reconciliation, superannuation portal, marketing, database management, and reception tasks.
- Course completion certificate & work reference letter will be provided upon completion.
